"We had been looking for someone to redo a small patio area in our backyard that was at the bottom of our stairs when we found Lakeview Landscapes. The area was overgrown with weeds/grass, uneven and had some old broken pavers. We were hoping something could be done with the space to improve the functionality and the look of it. Lakeview Landscapes completely exceeded my expectations. We still can't believe what they started with and what they were able to do. The entire process was very easy, Ethan kept me updated via text about every part of the process from the permit to updates on the project. After the first day was done, they had dug out, leveled the ground and laid a base layer of gravel. We were worried about my dog disturbing the rocks as the stairs are his main way of getting to the backyard and after talking with Ethan he came back the next day and dropped off two big pieces of plywood to lay over the stones so we didn't have to constantly herd our dog away from the stones. It was such a nice gesture that we weren't expecting. We originally wanted the patio stones to go all the way back to the house but because of how the cement for the stair posts were put in, it wasn't possible to get a clean look. Ethan suggested doing river rocks instead and it ended up looking incredible. They also suggested the pattern for the patio stones as we originally said we would be happy with square stones and I'm so much happier with their pattern over my own. We couldn't be more thrilled with the results. I will definitely be using them again for all of our landscaping needs."
